The PCMA Everyday BehaviorTools Curriculum was created by a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and is rooted in the landmark work of Dr. Glenn Latham, a renowned psychologist, behavior analyst, and author. This course is designed to provide practical, evidence-based strategies that are both easy to learn and highly effective in everyday life.

The curriculum has been taught across Florida for years, producing meaningful outcomes for hundreds of individuals, families, schools, and human services organizations. While grounded in the science of behavior analysis, the content is presented in a clear, interactive, and “user-friendly” format. Real-world examples make the strategies relatable, and participants consistently find the tools practical and immediately useful.

The Everyday BehaviorTools course is the perfect companion to PCM training, equipping caregivers, teachers, and staff with proactive tools to build positive relationships, reduce challenging behavior, and strengthen desired skills.
