Is there a preview policy?
No, not as such, but there is a comparable alternative. We offer a 30-day satisfaction option upon purchase of the material through a purchase or check order. If the customer is satisfied with the product then the invoice is paid. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, then the product is returned and the invoice is voided or the customer is reimbursed in full by check for prepaid orders.

How are the products shipped?
In general, products are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. The reason we prefer UPS ground is that we know when the package will arrive and there is a sound tracking system. The cost of shipping is added to the invoice.

Is there a discount for volume orders?
Yes, absolutely. There is too much variation to provide an exact formula. However, the discount can be negotiated through a telephone call, fax or email.

Who covers the shipping cost for returned items?
The customer is expected to cover the cost for returned items. It is acceptable for the customer to use the cheapest rate such as media mail through the post office.

Can the material be copied for staff?
Generally no, the exception being where reproducible forms are clearly indicated in the product. Typically, manuals for the video programs and forms in the books are reproducible.

Is there a DVD option for the Video Programs?
Yes. The customer needs to clearly request the DVD format. If the format is not specified, video system is shipped.
